Registration is Closed

To be registered you MUST:

1. Complete the Soap Box Derby Registration Form (Print a copy of the form.  We have included a place for you to put an e-mail address to receive important derby updates. Enter any e-mail address(es) you want to receive the updates. (i.e., your e-mail, perhaps the sponsor's e-mail, etc.)
    
2. Include a copy/photocopy of Racer's Birth Certificate (this does not have to be a certified copy - if you have raced with us in the past a birth certificate is not needed again)
    
3. Include a photo of the driver (or e-mail to membership@quincyboc.org) along with a brief biography to be included in the race day program.
    
4. Send in your $60.00 registration fee (please make all checks payable to Quincy Breakfast Optimist Club)
    
5. Mail the Soap Box Derby Registration Form, racer's birth certificate and registration fee before May 4th, 2011  to: Quincy Breakfast Optimist Club c/o Soap Box Derby Race Committee PO Box 582 Quincy, Illinois 62305 You will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of your registration form, birth certificate and registration fee. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within two weeks from when you submitted your information, please contact us.

Car Numbers:
You can request a car number on the registration form, however, do not put a number on your car until you have received confirmation that the number is okay to use. Assuming all cars come back that have previously raced, those cars keep the car number they had. The following car numbers were used (try to pick a different number from the following listed : 00, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 34, 37, 38, 41, 42, 44, 47, 50, 53, 54, 55, 57, 59, 60, 64, 66, 70, 71, 75, 77, 80, 81, 88, 88.5, 89, 92, 92.9, 93, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 122, 189, 363, 364, 365, 366, 534, 420, 421, 427, 445, 454, 500, 505, 534, 555, 698, 715, 777, 911, 1132, 1533, 1848, 1859, 1906. Please keep numbers limited to 3 digits at the most.
